WARRANTY & BAT USAGE GUIDELINE

 

  • Only bats bought online for full price at truthbats.com or from an authorized dealer are covered by our 10-Day Warranty.
  • In the case of a warranty-eligible bat that breaks, the client is required to send an email to team@truthbats.monarchy.io to briefly explain the incident and attach pictures of the broken bat. The pictures need to clearly show the break so we’ll be able to review and authorize
    the warranty request.
  • The bat should not have been used to hit anything else other than official leather baseballs, or show signs of being misused or intentionally treated badly.
  • A collapsed cup that does not affect the performance of the bat does not qualify for a broken bat replacement.
  • Chipped paint or minor blemishes do not qualify for a broken bat replacement.
  • A bat that has warped or cracked due to extreme heat or cold do not qualify for a broken bat replacement. Bats should be kept in controlled environment.
  • The warranty is only applied on the bat initially purchased. The replacement bat is not covered by the warranty.
  • Shipping charges for the replacement bat will be billed to the client (an e-invoice will be sent to the client’s email)
